Trivara Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 11, 2026
Trivara is a trivia game that works entirely on your device. This policy describes what the app does — and deliberately doesn't do — with your information.
1. The short version
- Trivara does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data.
- No accounts, no ads, no analytics, no tracking.
- Every question ships inside the app. Trivara makes no network connections and works fully offline.
- Your scores and progress are stored only on your device.
2. What stays on your device
As you play, Trivara saves the following on your iPhone or iPad so the game can show your progress:
- Finished runs — score, questions answered, categories played, and timing.
- Lifetime statistics and your results in each category.
- Achievements, daily challenge progress, your seal streak, and lifelines.
- Which questions you have seen recently, so they are not repeated too soon.
- Your settings — language and Extended Time.
None of this identifies you, and none of it leaves your device. Trivara has no user accounts and operates no servers.
3. Device backups
If you back up your device with iCloud or a computer, Apple may include Trivara's saved data in that backup, as it does for other apps. Those backups are controlled by you and governed by Apple's privacy policy at https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/ ; we have no access to them.
4. Permissions
Trivara does not ask for access to your camera, microphone, photos, contacts, location, or notifications.
5. Analytics, advertising, and tracking
Trivara contains no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. It does not use the advertising identifier (IDFA) and does not request the App Tracking Transparency permission.
Apple may provide us with aggregate, anonymous App Store statistics, such as download counts and crash reports from people who have chosen to share them with developers. These come from Apple, not from the app, and cannot be tied to you.
6. Purchases
Trivara is free and currently offers no in-app purchases. If that changes, payments will be processed entirely by Apple and this policy will be updated first.
7. Deleting your data
Deleting Trivara from your device deletes all of its saved data. Because nothing is transmitted, there is nothing stored elsewhere for us to delete.
8. Children
Trivara does not collect personal information from anyone, including children.
9. Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Material changes will be noted in the app's release notes.
