Trivara Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Trivara application for iPhone and iPad ("Trivara", "the app"), developed by Viya App Studio ("we", "us"). By downloading or using Trivara you agree to them.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Trivara on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/ .
2. The game
Trivara is a trivia game provided for entertainment. It is free to download and currently contains no in-app purchases, subscriptions, or advertising. If paid features are added in a future version, these terms will be updated before they become available.
3. Question content
We work to keep questions, answers, and explanations accurate, but trivia can contain mistakes or go out of date — records are broken and facts change. Trivara is not a reference work and should not be relied on for educational, professional, legal, medical, or financial purposes.
If you spot an error, tell us at the address below and we will correct it.
4. Your progress
Your scores, statistics, achievements, and settings are stored only on your device. We do not sync or back them up, and deleting the app deletes them. We cannot restore lost progress. Our privacy practices are described in the Privacy Policy at https://viyaappstudio.com/trivara/privacy/ .
5. Ownership and acceptable use
The app — including its questions, explanations, design, and artwork — belongs to Viya App Studio and is protected by copyright. You may not copy, extract, resell, or redistribute the app or its question content, or reverse-engineer the app, except as permitted by law or Apple's terms.
6. Warranty and liability
Trivara is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app, including loss of progress or data. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the preceding 12 months.
7. Changes to the app or terms
We may update the app or these terms; the current terms will always be available on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
